Airships & World Maps in Final Fantasy Versus 13
In an interview with Dengeki magazine, Tetsuya Nomura has revealed that Final Fantasy Versus 13 may have the very “Final Fantasy-like” airships flying over the world map. Also discussed in the interview, both Nomura and Yoshinori Kitase talked about the changes of moving from the PS2 to the PS3 and what that would mean for their next generation games.
“Dengeki PlayStation took the opportunity to get FFXII director Yoshinori Kitase and character designer Tetsuya Nomura to sit down for a lengthy interview recapping the past ten years with the FFVII offshoot. The two offered a few short insights into upcoming projects.
The magazine asked Nomura if Cloud’s role will expand from here on out. To this, Nomura responded with, “I have my hands full with Final Fantasy Versus XIII now, so I can’t say anything about the future, but the scenario writer, Nojima (Kazushige), says he doesn’t want to part from Cloud yet, so there will surely be something.”
Next, the PS3 Final Fantasy games. The two were first asked to comment on the changes the move from the PS2 to the PS3 brings to the series.
“On the hardware side,” said Kitase, “thanks to the storage space of Blu-Ray and the inclusion of a hard drive, we’re able to deal with load times. Regarding the production side of things, because it’s a next generation machine, any and all sections require multiple times more work, so it’s difficult. With FFVII, we advanced over previous games in all areas, but aiming for the same thing with the PS3 is difficult. For FFXIII, we’re looking at what specific areas we should focus on improving.”
As for Nomura, the Versus XIII director said, “Compared to the move to the PS2, the move to the PS3 is more difficult. Planning and so-forth haven’t changed much as far as work is concerned, but overall, the amount of graphics work has gone up considerably. You can show tiny details, so you have to make put tiny details in your illustrations.”
Getting a bit specific on the Versus project, Nomura continued, “It seems that the Versus team was, from the start, trying to get the full specifications out of the PS3, and that takes time. Just the other day, during a Versus meeting, a programmer asked, ‘Is it okay to program with PS3 exclusivity in mind?’.” I asked why, and he said, ‘If we port it to other hardware, we have to program with that in mind.’ I responded, ‘Of course, Versus is PS3 exclusive.’”
While Nomura admitted that Versus will still take a bit more time, he let slip a big hint on the final shape of the game: Versus may have airships and a world map.
“The other day,” said Nomura, “I saw a test of an airship flying over the world map. I felt that I was seeing a Final Fantasy-like screen for the first time in a long time. However, the fact that things have become realistic made us concerned about what to do about the scale. It’s the same scale as past FF games, but even then, it’s so wide that you can’t make out the first town.”
Nomura seems to be confident in his team’s ability to deliver with Versus, though. “We still haven’t announced the Versus team, but there are some well-known members in there, so it will become a good product. Also, we’re getting advice from the team working on FFXIII, which is being developed first, so we’re progressing well.” ”

To celebrate Famitsu Magazine's 1001st issue have had the chance to interview Final Fantasy XIII character designer and Final Fantasy Versus XIII director Tetsuya Nomura, as well as have him draw their cover.
Here you can see Characters from Final Fantasy including FFXIII and Versus XIII, as well as a..fox(?) with a Playstation-style Keyblade.
In the interview, he touches on all of the Fabula Nova Crystallis titles, but of course the new information is scarce.
He mentions that he is getting bored of the character names to do with weather and wishes to end this trend, and blames the names being based on weather this time on the rest of the team. He also re-explains Lightning's personality as "serious and unforgiving" and that when she meets new people she isn't all happy smiles, but cold and harsh. She is evidently a very strong character, and this kind of personality isn't surprising considering she is the leader of the rebel group. On the subject on character design, he also mentions that there have, as most design processes go, been multiple designs for Lightning which were rather different to what we have been shown, including an Asian version.
He also talks a bit about the Final Fantasy Versus XIII character design and how he was hesitant to introduce a character like his to the series. He also makes the point of stating He is not the least bit a silent, depressed little boy. [Please read through the full translation for a better perspective on this section of the interview] He also confirms that the Final Fantasy Versus XIII main character's name is also to do with weather and will be announced the next time they release more Final Fantasy Versus XIII info. As well as this, he makes the interesting comment that He does not act like Cloud or Squall as many people have already assumed. Instead, when you hear him speak your impression of him will change and he thinks that a lot of people might dislike this new view of his character. He also notes that The Prince's clothes are likely to be changed which he has mentioned before about 6 months ago, so next time we see him these changes maybe be put in place.
The only real mention of Final Fantasy Agito XIII is that the characters don't have proper names yet and refer to them by their appearance, much like we are.

Lightning's muscles and such make an impression, don't they? She is muscular, but attractive.
Nomura: In drawing Lightning, the most essential thing was that she is a "cool character." You can't have a cool character without sex appeal.
What kind of "cool" is she?
Nomura: Serious, and unforgiving, yeah, she is a relentless character, isn't she? Maybe she is harsh on herself too, but she is not the type to coddle people. When she meets other people, she's not the kind who changes according to them, but instead you can see that she is a kind of individualistic person who gives off the image of someone who unswervingly follows the guidelines within herself.
Was that harshness more than was intended in the design?
Nomura: I was asked to make her strong and beautiful, but when I read the scenario, I thought "Is that all?" They were saying that she is a soldier, and her personality was certainly of one. She is not a "whiner." Actually, before we decided on the type we have for her now, there were a variety of different Lightnings. There were some by other staff members, too, and in the beginning, she didn't have the same image as she does now.
Like what, for example?
Nomura: She was Asian. The final Lightning is considerably more chiseled. Her eyes are more deeply set in than a typical heroine. Also, her cheekbones are more prominent than other female characters. In these ways, Lightning's design changed considerably. Other things are hidden, so you can't tell, but her legs are lean and her abdominal muscles are defined. Toriyama was particular about her having an athlete's body. However, if the heroine was too "macho," it would be difficult for players to associate emotionally with her, and so, while serving the director's intentions for her, I tried to make her a bit sweet. That intent appears in things like her hairstyle and hair color.

Then, about the yet unnamed protagonist of Versus XIII, his outfit is temporary, isn’t it?
Nomura: We intend to completely redo his design. The concept for him is that his hairstyle will give a different impression when viewed from the front than from the back. From the front, his hair is calm and tame, but from the back, it is quite intense and violent-looking. Because his design is temporary, we’re having him face the back as much as possible, like on the cover. (Haha)
I see. There are a lot of things that are unclear, aren’t there?
Nomura: The Versus protagonist is not a character with a Squall-like or Cloud-like personality like everyone is thinking now. He is a type that has not been seen in the generations of the series yet. For a long time now, I have wanted to try making a character like him, but I hesitated because he is a type of character that might fall close to “out of bounds.”

hostaged at somewhere in isolated village with mining site. Leon must
defeat various kind of foes like ugly zombie, village people who going
crazy, giant smelly zombie, giant insect etc.. And you'll be angry when a
big stone rolled by village people pursuit you, then you'll meet much
of traps. Don't worry the cheat would be revealed at my blog soon. I
think this game was the best RE sekuel ever made, have a perfect screamy
atmosphere, and make me fear to play it at night like when I play RE3
view years ago.

place on an alternate universe. There was a boy ride the horse want to
heal his friend from the curse, he ordered by holy spirit to defeat giants
called colossus before his wish accomplished, each colossus have
specific ability and form, so you must apply different strategy and tactics
to defeat each of them.
For example the second colossus look like giant
bison,have weaknes on the foot.You can search the weaknes of each
colossus by glowing the sword and scan colossus's body carefuly, be patient
to find the way for attacking their weaknes, don't losing your grip
when you on above colossus. Each colossus stay on different place, every
defeat one of them you will get advice for the next foe.

Story to deploy Oda Nobunaga is main plot of this game, you can
control total 4 heroes to complete the mission, you can use each character
to find the secret of each place.
This game graphic is very impressive I think, and you would think
so after you watch and play it.
At first you will defeat the giant creature who in samurai suit,
the setting is old Edo town. This game most realistic than Onimusha 2
because of this.
You can absorb yellow,green,red and white orb to fulfill gauge
with each orb function. The main hero use big katana and the small one,
his big katana can make him transform to be character like
"tengu" with powerful strength.

This game told the bravely and also cruelty of the Spartan warlord who
sacrified his family to get the glory of his race (spartan) He was
Kratos! He also sacrified himself to be Ares slave just to get Blade of
Chaos from the god of war.Subjectively for me this game has a great story
and great arts.
The final enemy bos was Ares itself. At first Ares was Kratos master,
but Hera's advice made Kratos realized he make mistake to be the Ares
slave. Ares was the real character of Greece myth, Kratos is son of Styx and pallas also brother of nike,bia and zelus,Cory Barlog is the GoW producer.
Kratos must defeat all cruel enemies which most of them adapted from
Greece myth, for example medusa which have ability to petrified you and
made you easy to broke only with one hit. also siren,their ability can
losing you and then kill you with their loudly voice.

It was the sequel of God of War, Kratos who became the next god of war
disturbed by god of the god Zeus, Zeus jealousy made plan to defeat
Kratos with his olympus sword which absorb Kratos power,level and ability.
After Kratos became weak Zeus try to kill him.
Gameplay of this sequel not too different with GoW but have the brand
And don't forget to upgrade your magic and weapon level coz enemy level
also increasing every next place. Not only level,the enemies also
consist of many kind of monsters with their more deathly abilities.

The crystal-based mythology is something that will be present in some form or another throughout the Fabula Nova Crystallis series. Although, this mythology won’t necessarily be part of the main storylines.
The Final Fantasy 13 series producer, Yoshinori Kitase, gave the example - it is similar to how we, well, most of us at least, don’t go through our daily lives concerning ourselves with ancient legends.
Instead, the crystal-based mythology will be shown in designs that are used, with each of the titles in the series focusing on and showing different aspects. Crystals will take the form of every day objects, such as individual pillars and signboards. All of these objects will have some kind of meaning behind them.
FFXIII Fabula Nova Crystallis
A long cold war has been taking place, revolving around crystals. In the Jump Festa trailer, while the male protagonist is siting in the back seat of a car, he’s listening to a news broadcast on the radio. It’s announced over the radio how two countries have come to a treaty about peaceful use of crystals.
There is a Kingdom where the last Crystal in the world is held. This Kingdom is very modern and is so advanced that civilization there is isolated from the Outside World. This City is protected by the Magic Order.
The protagonist of Final Fantasy Versus 13, who is the heir to the throne of his country, works to protect the family crystals. His royal family’s kingdom has protected these crystals for generations.
A group, from the Outside World, has begun to invade the city and this is where the fight for the last crystal begins.
The world of Final Fantasy 13 is split into two very different parts. One part is a floating, mechanical city called Cocoon, which has also been described as a space colony. Cocoon is home to a few million people. These people of Cocoon are frightened of the other part of the world which is outside of the city, a place called Pulse.
Anyone who comes into contact with Pulse are believed to be part of a plot to invade Cocoon. These people are banished from the protection of the city by the “holy” government and their army. The people in black/blue clothes on the train in the E3 2006 trailer were being quarantined because they had come into contact with Pulse.
In the city of Cocoon, the people are protected by crystals and so can live peacefully. The crystals can create machines and living creatures. The city is even known to have been created by a Crystal.
The director of Final Fantasy 13, Motome Toriyama, has said the relationship between Cocoon and Pulse can be thought of as this: First, there was Pulse, a dangerous world where people reside under the fear of monster attack. Cocoon was made when the crystals considered what would be an appropriate living space for people forced to reside in the world of Pulse.
The crystal has chosen Lightning to bring an end to the world. When she was chosen she became an enemy of the Human Race and was believed to bring destruction to the world.
